Returns
Our policy lasts 45 days. If 45 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Submit a Return Request

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.
1. Log in to your account:
    A. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
    B. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
    C. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request return.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Sale items are applicable for return upon same standards as full price items.  

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or you need a different size. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Terri@humblefig.com and send your item to: Humble Fig, LLC, PO Box 163731, Austin TX 78716, United States.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Humble Fig, LLC, PO Box 163731, Austin TX 78716, United States

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
